All golf carts and ATVs driven on public roads must be registered with the Yorktown Police Department.
– Registration fee is $35 per year.
– Vehicles must be inspected by the Yorktown Police; call 759-7760 to schedule.
– Golf carts are not to be driven on walking paths and are only allowed on roadways with a speed limit of 30 mph or less.
– Fines for violations start at $150.
