On Tuesday, April 1, former Yorktown High School standout Jacob Pruitt’s current college team, the Mississippi State Bulldogs, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Memphis Tigers.

The game took place at Avron B. Fogelman Arena in Devlin Fieldhouse. This was their first matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 6 p.m. at Dudy Noble Field at Polk-Dement Stadium against South Carolina Gamecocks.
