Ginger’s career has consisted of constant professional development. Beginning as a “traditional,” textbook-driven teacher, Ginger frequently attended conferences and experimented with new methods like “flipping” her classroom until she found the perfect fit in Comprehensible Input.
This method teaches students by immersing them in languages at a level just above their current skills—an effective, innovative approach that also helped Ginger stand out as this year’s winner.
