T&F Continues Indoor Season at Hawkeye Invitational
After a strong start to the 2022-23 season at the Tom Wright Open on Dec. 10, the Cardinals look to maintain their momentum heading into their second meet. Ball State is set to compete at the Hawkeye Invitational on Saturday.
The Hawkeye Invitational kicks off with the high jump at 12:00 p.m. EST. The last event of the day, the 4x400m relay, is scheduled for 7:15 p.m. Ball State has student-athletes entered in 13 of the 14 events taking place Saturday.

The Cardinals are looking to build off a successful meet at the Tom Wright Open where five Cardinals won events. Kayla Jones' winning time of 2:11.00 in the 800m put her at the top of the MAC rankings and fifth in the NCAA rankings.
Entering the Hawkeye Invitational, 18 Cardinals are in the Top 16 in the MAC rankings, and six of those student-athletes are also in the Top 100 on the NCAA Division I performance list.
