Rep. Victoria Spartz, who represents Indiana’s 5th district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of statements on her official social media account addressing workforce challenges, economic development, and offering condolences for a loss.

On September 9, 2025, Rep. Spartz expressed concerns about labor market trends and workforce retraining needs. She stated, "Seems like our agencies have lost complete touch with reality - we have significant shifts in labor market needs & cannot continue subsidizing needless jobs & relying on illegal labor, but need to think how to retrain our workforce. 2024 revision: 900k https://t.co/npGo0NUyVf".

The following day, September 10, she highlighted discussions with local business leaders regarding regional economic growth opportunities. Later that day, Rep. Spartz issued a statement of sympathy after the passing of an individual named Charlie: "My deepest condolences to Charlie’s family. He was a true fighter for our Republic, for our freedoms, and for the future of our children. Victoria Spartz has served as U.S. Representative since replacing Susan Brooks in 2021; prior to this role she was a member of the Indiana Senate from 2017 through 2020. Born in Nosivka, Ukraine in 1978 and now residing in Noblesville at age 44, Spartz holds a bachelor’s degree from Kyiv National Economic University.
