On Tuesday, Feb. 18, former Yorktown High School standout Jackson Taylor’s current college team, the Indiana State Sycamores, won 8-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles.

The game took place at Swanson Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Coast Eagles this season.

The Sycamores’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 1 p.m. at Centennial Park against Northeastern Huskies.
