On Sunday, March 2, former Yorktown High School standout Jacob Pruitt’s current college team, the Mississippi State Bulldogs, lost 9-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Oklahoma State Cowboys.

The game took place at Daikin Park. This was their first matchup against the Cowboys this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 4 p.m. at Dudy Noble Field at Polk-Dement Stadium against Southern Miss Golden Eagles.
