Saturday, April 12: Yorktown High School standout Will Butts’ college team loses to Transylvania Pioneers

On Saturday, April 12, former Yorktown High School standout Will Butts’ current college team, the Franklin Grizzlies, lost 8-6 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Transylvania Pioneers.

The game took place at John P. McDowell Field. This was their second matchup against the Pioneers this season.

The Grizzlies’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 1 p.m. at Art Nehf Field against Rose-Hulman Fightin' Engineers.
