NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Eaton, Delaware County; Indiana that the proper legal officers of said Municipal Corporation at the regular meeting place at 5;30pm on the 14th of June 2022 will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year.
ARP Funds $13,900.00
Fire Equipment Fund $140,000.00
PSLIT Fund $27,500.00
Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF). The DLGF will make written determination as to sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of Certified Copy of the action taken.
