Victoria Spartz, a U.S. Congress representative for Indiana’s 5th district, has recently voiced her concerns over the financial strategies employed by Congress. In a series of tweets, she highlights critical issues regarding national spending and fiscal responsibility.

On March 26, 2025, Rep. Victoria Spartz criticized Congress's financial practices in a tweet stating: "Congress cannot continue lying to the American people & destroying our country financially using accounting gimmicks - 'current policy baseline', @SenateGOP." She further emphasized the need for accountability by pointing out that total spending increased from $4.5 trillion to $7 trillion within five years.

Later on the same day, Spartz warned about an impending fiscal crisis if changes are not made to address the national debt. Her tweet read: "Very dangerous fiscal crisis is looming if Congress does not get its act together. We must change the trajectory of our national debt."

In another tweet posted on March 26, 2025, Rep. Spartz shared an update about attending a celebration for Women’s History Month at the White House with President Donald Trump and her colleagues: "Today, Rep. Spartz and her colleagues joined President @realDonaldTrump to celebrate Women’s History Month at the White House."
