On April 9, 2025, Rep. Spartz highlighted a hearing conducted by the Joint Economic Committee Republicans regarding reducing waste, fraud, and abuse through innovation. In her tweet, she linked to a video showing her "questioning of witnesses on the need of better auditing and automated controls to improve healthcare programs and deter fraud."

Later that same day, in a sequential tweet, Spartz voiced her opinion on the role of Congress in policy voting. She wrote, "Concur - Congress should not be afraid to do its job and vote on policies. We cannot abandon our oversight function and set procedural precedents for unchecked emergencies."
