Rep. Victoria Spartz, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Indiana's 5th district since 2021, has been actively engaging with key stakeholders and introducing legislation aimed at reforming healthcare. Her recent communications on social media highlight her efforts in improving healthcare access and addressing systemic issues.

On May 5, 2025, Rep. Spartz shared that she had a productive meeting with Zotec Partners, an important health stakeholder in Indiana's 5th district. She emphasized the discussion focused on "improving healthcare access, lowering costs, and delivering better value for patients." On May 7, she highlighted issues regarding Medicaid payment programs which have resulted from rules established by the Biden Administration’s CMS rule. She pointed out that these programs have sometimes set payment rates higher than Medicare rates and even up to commercial rates. Victoria Spartz was born in Nosivka, Ukraine in 1978 and currently resides in Noblesville. She holds a BS from Kyiv National Economic University obtained in 2000.
