Victoria Spartz, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Indiana’s 5th district, has been vocal on several pressing issues through her recent tweets. Spartz, who took office in 2021 after serving in the Indiana Senate from 2017 to 2020, often addresses topics related to healthcare and fiscal policy.

On May 15, 2025, Spartz shared news regarding UnitedHealth's involvement in a criminal investigation. She tweeted: "UnitedHealth under criminal probe for possible Medicare fraud, WSJ reports". This highlights ongoing scrutiny within the healthcare sector concerning fraudulent activities.

Later that day, Spartz announced her participation in a media appearance with Matt Gaetz on One America News Network (OANN). In her tweet she stated: "This week, Rep. Spartz joined @mattgaetz on @OANN to discuss reconciliation and money laundering in health care." The discussion centered around financial integrity within the healthcare system.

The following day, May 16, 2025, Spartz addressed concerns over national fiscal policies by citing Moody's Ratings downgrade of the U.S. government due to significant fiscal deficits and increasing interest costs. She emphasized this issue by tweeting: "Congress cannot continue its current unsustainable fiscal trajectory. 'Moody’s Ratings downgraded the U.S. government on Friday, citing large fiscal deficits and rising interest costs'".

Victoria Spartz was born in Nosivka, Ukraine in 1978 and currently resides in Noblesville. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kyiv National Economic University obtained in 2000.
