Victoria Spartz, a U.S. Congress representative for Indiana’s 5th district since 2021, recently shared her views on the country's economic situation and political actions through a series of tweets. Spartz, who replaced Susan Brooks in Congress and previously served in the Indiana Senate from 2017 to 2020, has been vocal about the urgency of addressing economic challenges.

On June 3, 2025, Spartz tweeted about the necessity for immediate action to avoid future consequences: “Without substantial changes, the U.S. is headed for a reckoning … we have to get our act together and do it very quickly.” This statement underscores her concern over the current trajectory of U.S. policies.

Later that day, she referenced comments made by hedge-fund manager Ray Dalio during an interview with Bloomberg. According to Spartz's tweet on June 3, 2025: "Hedge-fund manager Ray Dalio told Bloomberg he gives America 'three years, give or take a year' to avert an economic 'heart attack.'” The mention highlights Dalio's prediction regarding potential economic difficulties facing the nation.

In another tweet posted on June 4, 2025, Spartz invited followers to listen to her discussion on Tony Katz's show about recent legislative developments: "ICYMI - listen to Rep. Spartz’s discussion on @tonykatz about the recent reconciliation passed by the House." This suggests ongoing dialogue around significant legislative measures undertaken by Congress.

Victoria Spartz was born in Nosivka, Ukraine in 1978 and moved to Noblesville where she currently resides. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kyiv National Economic University obtained in 2000.
