Rep. Victoria Spartz, U.S. Congresswoman representing Indiana’s 5th district, posted a series of updates this week highlighting her recent activities in Indiana and Washington, D.C.
On July 17, Spartz shared that she had paid tribute to the late Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay on the House floor. In her post, she stated: "This week, Rep. Spartz honored the late @Colts owner Jim Irsay on the House floor, recognizing his lasting impact on Indianapolis and the state of Indiana.

The following day, July 18, Spartz spoke at the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) Annual Meeting in Indianapolis. She wrote: "Great speaking at the @ALEC_States Annual Meeting in Indy about the importance of fixing healthcare at the national level, partnering with the states, and the need for states to address three state-specific issues:
•Election integrity
•Criminal justice

On July 19, Spartz participated in a remembrance event with the Kokomo Fire Department to honor Corporal Glen Kenworthy. She posted: "Honored to join the Kokomo Fire Department in remembering Corporal Glen Kenworthy, a Kokomo native killed in action during the sinking of the USS Indianapolis. Victoria Spartz has represented Indiana’s 5th District in Congress since replacing Susan Brooks in 2021 and previously served in the Indiana Senate from 2017 to 2020. Born in Nosivka, Ukraine in 1978 and currently residing in Noblesville, Spartz graduated from Kyiv National Economic University with a BS degree in 2000.
