Victoria Spartz highlights local achievements and economic development efforts on social media

U.S. Representative Victoria Spartz, who serves Indiana’s 5th district, recently highlighted local achievements and economic developments in a series of posts on her official social media account.

On August 3, Spartz recognized area high school bands for their performances at a state competition: "Congratulations to the @AndersonIndians Marching Highlanders on winning 1st place at the 2025 Indiana State Fair Band Day! Well done to @Spiritof_Muncie for 2nd and Kokomo High School for 3rd. Proud to see such talent representing #IN05!" (August 3, 2025).

Two days later, she discussed healthcare initiatives following meetings with regional hospital leaders: "Today, Rep. Spartz met in Anderson with hospital administrators from @StVincentIN, @CHNw and @RiverviewHosp to discuss Medicaid and ways to strengthen the program for the most vulnerable, as well as improve healthcare outcomes, price transparency, access & competition for value." (August 5, 2025).

In another post that same day, Spartz noted contributions from Italian businesses operating in her district: "Many Italian companies are bringing innovation and advanced manufacturing to #IN05. In Anderson, @hellonatureint leads in sustainable ag with U.S. biostimulant production, while FITT USA manufactures high-quality hoses and irrigation systems." (August 5, 2025).

Victoria Spartz has represented Indiana's 5th District in Congress since replacing Susan Brooks in 2021. She previously served in the Indiana Senate from 2017 to 2020. Born in Nosivka, Ukraine in 1978 and currently residing in Noblesville, Spartz graduated from Kyiv National Economic University with a BS degree in 2000.
